Azalea Ridge is a wonderland of intrigue, mystery of location and big & beautiful square footage located in the Alderman Park Area.Nestle among large oaks and old luxury homes in the Alderman Park area of Arlington and considered the wealthier part of Jacksonville in 1980’s. Our community apartment homes were built as a luxury community to include large square footages such as 3 bedroom 2 bath with living room area size of 19 feet by 16 feet. Our residents enjoy an island stove and separate eat in kitchen. A ton of cabinet and counter space includes the length of the kitchen. Our homes have an unusual amount of hall closet space and shelving plus walk in closets in the bedrooms. These big beauties include washer dryer connections and full size private balconies.Our community and residents enjoy the privacy of a small community inside of luxury homes within walking distances to churches, all primary level schools and public transportation.Our residents enjoy the many resident gatherings and enrichment classes that Azalea offers. These include screenings for cholesterol to self-defense and diabetes classes to Easter egg hunts and cookouts.
