About

Welcome! We specialize in Property Management of Single Family Homes in the Tucson area and currently manage just over 200 homes. We have a knowledgeable staff with the experience to handle your rental investment needs! If needed we can also assist you with your purchases of Rental property investments and we can assist you with the sale of your Rental Property. Genesis Real Estate & Management opened its doors in 2010. We spun off of a company by the Name of Genesis Real Estate & Development that's located in Pinetop AZ. Genesis Real Estate and Development was founded 25 years ago by my Father Leonard Reichardt. I am the Designated Broker of Genesis Real Estate & Management and received my Real Estate License in 2005. I learned a great deal from Leonard from his 25 years of experience in the business. In 2010 I received my Brokers license and opened my own company. We decided since the main headquarters for Genesis Real Estate & Development had moved to Pinetop it would be easier for me to start a new company separately in Tucson AZ. We manage long term rentals in the Tucson area, additionally we list homes for sale, represent investors on purchases and we have a Associate Broker that specializes in land purchases and listings with over 34 years of experience. We have grown from 9 long term rental homes in 2011 to over 200 in 2015. Property Management Rates and Services: Contact us for more details on our services and our current Property Management Rates.
