We the People of Detroit

About

We the People of Detroit focuses on educating and mobilizing the community on issues related to civil rights, land, and water. They provide resources that support community coalition building and offer programs for youth leadership development, legal fellowship opportunities, and advocacy for water rights. This organization aims to address critical issues such as water shutoffs, which affect many households in Detroit. Through research, presentations, and community involvement, they engage citizens in efforts to improve their quality of life and ensure access to essential services.
