Upon retiring from one of the worlds largest appliance service provider, Tom and Larry started APlus. Their goal was to provide high-quality service with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Shortly, John joined the company. Johns experience was also with a large appliance service corporation.After the company had been operating for several years, Chris joined because of the companys reputation for excellent customer service and satisfaction. The company continues to be very proud of its reputation in the community for reliability and commitment to our customer service and satisfaction. At Aplus Appliance Repair Parts and Service, we believe that we have an honest and fair, flat-rate pricing system. We don't deceive our customers by advertising very low charges or no service" charge with repair. Our overall total pricing is below the national published pricing guidelines. Each invoice is itemized, so you can see the breakdown of charges and the part numbers we used (some companies only give you the total figure or the parts plus labor combined without any information on what service was rendered).
