About

Social Centric Initiatives (SCi) is a non-profit and learning community based in Phoenix, AZ, dedicated to developing healers of historical trauma around race, class, religion, gender, and environmental disruption. Through community events, professional workforce development, workshop intensives, and research, SCi trains individuals to understand implicit bias and the intersections of race with all identities, fostering the capacity to share power in relationships and create holistic progress that serves all Earth's peoples. With a focus on reconciliation, affirmation, and restoration of collective humanity, SCi collaborates with Protagonists - individuals, groups, and organizations seeking betterment, education, equity, and solutions - to build relationships and achieve meaning and purpose while serving the community. The measurable transformations witnessed within the SCi learning community are investigated and made accessible to all communities and demographics, empowering them to approach societal betterment through healing historical traumas.
